Refunds are applicable to full price items only. We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a sale item is returned, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Exchanges
Due to high sell through of stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund in accordance to our return conditions. Please note, shipping cannot be waived for repurchases.
Faulty Item Returns
If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team atinfo@myvarga.comwith your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this with priority.
Garment Return Condition
The item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping, VARGA US does not provide return labels. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services so you know when the return has been delivered.
Once the package has been released to us by the post office, you will receive an email confirming the refund to the original form of payment. Once the refund has been issued, depending on your bank funds may take anywhere from 5-10 business days to be reflected onto your account.
