Refunds are applicable to full price items only. We accept returns within 7 business days of the delivery date.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a sale item is returned, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
How To Make A Return

2)Return via mail
We want to make your return process as simple as possible. Please note: a $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please follow the steps below to return your item(s):
1) Check Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.
2) Initiate Your Return
- Visit our Self-Serve Return Portal [https://account.myvarga.com].
- Enter your email and start the return process.
Wait for the return approval email.
3) Receive Your Return Label
- Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
- Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning to ensure they are protected during shipping.
- Include the return confirmation or original packing slip in the package.
4) Ship the Item(s)
- Attach the provided shipping label to the package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location or arrange a pickup, as per the carrier's guidelines.
5) Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Faulty Item Returns
If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team at info@myvarga.com with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this with priority.
Garment Return Condition
The item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.
