Due to technical issues, our pickup point is not operating on its usual schedule. However, you can still pick up your order from the pickup point, but you must confirm by phone at 818-259-2822 (via SMS or call).

Stolen Parcels
It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. VARGA US is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Damaged Parcels
VARGA US is not liable for any damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address.
International Orders (not available at the moment)
VARGA US is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package is in USPS hands. It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order.
VARGA US will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.
