How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Please allow 1-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order.
Our shipping usually takes from 2-6 business days in the United States. Online orders are not processed over weekends or public holidays.
How To Return My Items?

We want to make your return process as simple as possible. Please follow the steps below to return your item(s):

1) Check Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.

2) Initiate Your Return

  • Visit our Self-Serve Return Portal [https://account.myvarga.com].
  • Enter your email and start the return process.

Wait for the return approval email.

3) Receive Your Return Label

  • Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
  • Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning to ensure they are protected during shipping.
  • Include the return confirmation or original packing slip in the package.

4) Ship the Item(s)

  • Attach the provided shipping label to the package.
  • Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location or arrange a pickup, as per the carrier's guidelines.

5) Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

VARGA accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
• Cash on Delivery (only available for Local delivery orders)

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
